A realistic planning by Agile poker
How much time and effort do you need to complete a user story with the Scrum team? To create a realistic planning, Scrum Planning Poker could be the outcome. The Product owner places a user story on the table and after that, every teammember determines the difficulty of the user story. Everyone places their closed card on the table and after the Product Owner gives a signal, every teammember turns around their card. This is the time everyone has the possibility to defend their score choise. The Planning Poker game is played as long as each team member agrees with the difficulty of a user story and there are equal values on the table. Only then can an achievable scrum plan be made.
Playing cards for scrum planning
Each box contains 55 playing cards which you can distinguish in 4 different series with its own colour. The values on the cards are: 0, ½, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40 & 100. Please pay attention! The game manual is in Dutch , the cards are in the English language. There is also an explanation card at the set, a coffee card and a card with a question mark.
