5S cleaning label to support your 5S workplace organisation
This 5S cleaning label is used in the implementation of 5S workplace organisation. The cleaning label can be hung in places where a source of contamination has been established as being present. This could be dust formation in a process or a leaking pipe in a department. On the cleaning label, it is possible to specify what source of pollution has been found, what the solution is and what priority it has. Use the colour scheme to support the status in a visual manner.
The cleaning labels are duplicated and come with carbonless paper. The first page of the cleaning label (80 g/m² paper) is placed onto the 5S board of the department in question. The copy of the cleaning label (170 g/m²) is hung on the equipment, mounted with a cable tie through the hole at the top. The cleaning label has dimensions of 10x15 cm and fits into an A6 brochure holder.
